We will provide you with the images from the virtual tour too. Since moving from DSLR to Matterport, we have not felt the need to provide bespoke photography. The images you receive are high quality and you can pretty much choose any angle you like when the virtual tour is complete.
These images are also free for you to use on social media (ie. Twitter, Facebook) but are not to be re-sold or shared with a 3rd party. What that means is, if the house you sell is back on the market 3 years later and the images are used by another estate agent, you are responsible. We will charge you a licensing fee of 4 times the amount of the original virtual tour.
